Tired of eating fast foods during early morning especially around 12:00 AM - 5:00 AM around Angeles City? I did and I happened to know few eateries.

The place is accessible via commute with a 3 to 5 minute walk.
Actually, the establishment is divided into two. The one that serves rice meals are from Frank's Tapsilogan and the noodles and soup are served by the Marcelo's Goto Special. If I am not mistaken, the 2 restaurants are partners and also blood related.
The Food
The food are affordable. My personal favorites are the Tapsilog and Pancit Palabok. Some of my friends are craving for their Papaitan which I have not yet tried but hopefully will. I seemed to be at wrong time when I order for Papaitan and it was always unavailable. I think they prepare it at around 5:00 to 6:00 AM.
